About Me

My journey didn’t begin with coaching.

It began with my own search for freedom.

For many years, I was looking for a way to feel more at peace within myself. I knew what it was like to live with fear, anxiety and difficult emotions – and to keep searching for something that could truly change what was happening inside me.

That search eventually led me to meditation, breathwork and, more than 25 years ago, the Sedona Method. What began as a personal journey gradually became a completely different way of relating to myself, my thoughts and my emotions.

Over time, this inner work became more than something I practiced for myself.

I began to see how many of us spend years trying to change ourselves, control our thoughts, or get rid of difficult emotions – when often it is the struggle itself that keeps us stuck.

That realization changed the way I live, and eventually, the way I began working with others.

From my own journey to helping others

For more than 15 years, I have been supporting people in letting go of emotional patterns, fears and limiting beliefs that keep them stuck.

As a Certified Sedona Method Coach, my work is not about telling you how you should think or who you should become. It is about helping you discover what happens when you stop fighting yourself and begin to experience more space, presence and freedom within.

What I share with others is not simply something I learned. It is something I continue to live and practice myself.

Music has always been part of my journey

I have been a musician for most of my life. I started making music as a child, and over the years it became much more than a profession. Music taught me to listen, to be present, and to experience moments where thinking becomes quiet and something deeper takes over.

In many ways, I see a connection between music and the inner work I do today. Both invite us to listen more deeply, to let go of control, and to become more present with what is happening now.

Today, these two paths – musician and coach – are both part of who I am. They may look different from the outside, but for me they come from the same place; a desire to live with greater presence, freedom and authenticity.
