They feel real, convincing, and personal. So we believe them. Defend them. Live from them.<\/p>\r\n<hr data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"668\" \/>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"702\">What We Mistake for Ourselves<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"861\">\r\n<li data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"754\">\r\n<p data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"754\">Old thought patterns that repeat automatically<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"798\">\r\n<p data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"798\">Emotions that seem to define who we are<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"861\">\r\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"861\">Inner stories we protect, justify, and return to again and again<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"919\">Over time, these patterns start to feel familiar. With over 40 years of professional experience as both a performer and teacher, he has discovered that when you pursue something with passion and love, you uncover a deep sense of freedom and connection within yourself. This freedom and love are always present, even when they are temporarily hidden by doubt and distraction.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"1005\">Wanting to better understand why limiting thoughts and emotions can arise even in moments of freedom and love, <strong>Jerome began exploring a range of healing and self-discovery modalities. In his work with clients, he combines tools such as breathwork, meditation, and the Sedona Method\u00ae.
